We are a national, regional and international inspection agency in the field of Diversity and Inclusion, Sustainability and Accessibility that performs audits and certifications. Our activities include: Auditing, Inspecting, Certifying companies, Municipalities, Ministries and NOGs that want to profile themselves as diverse & inclusive, Sustainable and Accessible.

Our specialized audit staff conducts the inspections and reports on the registered candidates. The inspections look at:

Audit Procedure

The Audit Procedure is outlined in the following diagram and describes the following:

  • 1. Preliminary research

    A preliminary investigation is carried out in which the company, municipality, ministry, organisation and the company's services are assessed.

  • 2. Orientation audit

    Pre-audit is performed where everything is assessed locally. Here the company, municipality, etc. is looked at, the staff, organization etc.

  • 3. Elaboration of work plan

    Based on the Pre-Audit, a work plan is drawn up that lists all points of attention, shortcomings, etc. that the company, municipality, etc. needs to work on for the Audit.

  • 4. Audit

    Audit is performed. In which both the documentation and the implementation are assessed.

  • 5. Report

    After the Audit all findings are reported.

  • 6. Implementation

    The report is assessed and implemented. If the procedure is assessed according to our Diversity and Inclusion Code of Conduct, Sustainability and Accessibility guidelines, a certificate is issued.
