We are a national, regional and international inspection agency in the field of Diversity and Inclusion, Sustainability and Accessibility that carries out audits and certifications. Our activities include: Auditing, Inspecting, Certifying companies, Municipalities, Ministries and NOGs that want to profile themselves as diverse & inclusive, Sustainable and Accessible.

Our specialized audit employees carry out the inspections and report on the registered candidates. The inspections look at:

Audit Procedure

The Audit Procedure is outlined in the following diagram and describes the following:

1. Preliminary investigation

A preliminary investigation is conducted in which the company, municipality, ministry, organization and the company's services are assessed.
2. Audit orientation

Pre-audit is carried out where everything is assessed locally. This involves looking at the company, municipality, etc., the staff, organization, etc.
3. Elaboration of work plan

Based on the Pre-Audit, a work plan is drawn up containing all points of attention, shortcomings, etc. that the company, municipality, etc. must work on before the Audit.
4. Audit

Audit in progress. Where both the documentation and the implementation are assessed.
5. Report

After the Audit, all findings are reported.
6. Implementation

The reporting is assessed and implemented. If the procedure has been assessed in accordance with our Diversity and Inclusion code of conduct, Sustainability and Accessibility guidelines, a certificate will be issued.
